CONSTRUCTION IOM’S HOME AND LIFESTYLE EXPO SET TO INSPIRE HOMEOWNERS

Construction Isle of Man’s Home and Lifestyle Expo on Saturday July 24 and Sunday July 25 at the Mountain View Innovation Centre in Ramsey will showcase the very latest in home improvements, domestic smart technology and greener living options.

With a wide range of interactive exhibitor stands, entertainment and a choice of food and drink outlets this free event, sponsored by Conister Bank and Manx Utilities, offers a great day out for all the family and inspiration for every room in the home.

Construction Isle of Man Chairman Brian Butler said: ‘This Expo will be an opportunity for us to bring together under one roof new products and the latest advances in technology for the home, supported by expert knowledge from a wealth of exhibitors.

‘Every year the Expo will have a different theme. Sustainability is one of the cornerstones of Construction Isle of Man, so for our debut Expo we felt that sustainability and greener living would be the topic of greatest interest and relevance, given the Isle of Man Government’s ambition to transition to net zero by 2050 and the importance to reduce domestic carbon emissions.

‘The Expo, though, is also about offering a great day out, whether you’re looking to build your own home, renovate or redecorate, or reduce your carbon footprint.

Construction Isle of Man’s Home and Lifestyle Expo is on Saturday July 24 from 10am to 5pm and on Sunday July 25 from 10am to 4pm.

The Expo is at the Mountain View Innovation Centre, Jurby Road, Lezayre, Ramsey. On-site parking is limited, but a free shuttle bus service will be provided, running every 15 minutes from 9.30am to 4.30pm, departing from Ramsey Grammar School (East Building) and Ramsey Bus Station.
